Lindsay has over 25 years of experience in the food industry, focusing on high standards in taste and quality while maintaining profitable margins.
A classically French-trained chef, Lindsay has had global experience in Michelin and top-rated restaurants in Executive Chef and management roles. In addition, she formally trained at the Robert Mondavi Tokalon Estate in Napa Valley. Her cooking show “Dining with Darling”, for which she was Culinary Director, was picked up by the Cooking channel.
